How do I register for a service?

Once determining the service that is right for you or your child, schedule the service with one of our therapists to create a plan that accomplishes your goals and achieve personal growth and fulfillment.

For music therapy, art therapy, play therapy, lessons or counseling, you can register for an initial assessment through filling out the form on our scheduling page.

For our creative arts programs and DBT skills classes, you can register and pay through our registration page.

How often do I come to therapy and how long is the session?

Each client will be assessed by their therapist and during treatment planning, frequency and length of session will be determined. However, most clients see the most progress from weekly sessions at a length of 45 minutes.  With the ease of video platforms for telehealth, we are finding that shorter sessions can be scheduled more frequently with a benefit similar to PT, OT, and speech therapy.

We suggest that lessons are weekly and are 30-45 minutes in length depending on age and ability to focus.  We provide breaks during sessions and activities away from the instrument to keep attention.

Counseling sessions are 45 - 60 minutes in length.  Sessions are weekly to begin with and as the therapeutic relationship is established and goals within the treatment plan are achieved, sessions often move to monthly or as needed.
