Daneyelle Elder, MT-BC

Daneyelle Elder discovered her passion for music at a very young age and began playing violin at the age of 9. Her love for the violin, piano, guitar and singing as well as a desire to help people, led her to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated with a music therapy degree in 2010. Daneyelle has a wide range of experiences to include touring with recording artist Eddie James, working at a Children's Hospital and at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital, and leading worship at church. She enjoys seeing the love of music grow in children through lessons, therapy and wellness classes.

Daneyelle works with clients of all ages, and specializes in working with children and older adults. She also specializes in neurorehab (stroke, TBI, etc.) and medical settings.

Who are some of your favorite music artists?

Too many to name, BUT, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Prince, EWF, Brandy, and a host of gospel artists.

What is something you like to do outside of work?  

Cook, read and hang out with my family

I love the diversity of my client caseload and I love the values carried here as we strive to give the best to our clients.

What should potential clients know about working with you? 

I LOVE music and I hope that if you work with me that music will be a creative force and outlet for you too!
