Young Adult Social Group and Caregiver Respite
Healing Sounds is opening up our doors for young adults to make music with
our therapists, while caregivers can enjoy a 90 minute respite. Close to shopping and restaurants, caregivers can enjoy respite while their child is having a blast creating music with Board Certified Music Therapists. Participants will sing together, learn to play instruments together, write music, socialize, and support each other in a safe environment. Open to graduated high school students through 25 years of age.
Next Session: January 31, 2019 - March 21, 2019
Thursdays: 10:45 am-12:15 pm

Participants in this group will work on expressing their emotions, reducing anxiety, and gaining confidence in themselves through a variety of music experiences. Interventions may include singing, writing songs, learning to play new instruments, and more!
