Music Therapy Assisted Childbirth is a the use of music to provide support during prenatal visits, comfort during labor and delivery, and support postpartum. Megan Martin MA, MT-BC is a certified Music Therapy Assisted Childbirth clinician and loves to help families use music to bring new life into the world. This service includes 2 prenatal visits, support through labor and delivery, and one postpartum follow-up.

Music Therapy Postpartum Support Groups
The group is led by a licensed professional counselor and board certified music therapist who is the mother of two premature babies. Anna's oldest son was born at 29 weeks at just over 3 pounds, and her youngest was born at 35 weeks. Both spent significant time in the NICU. Come find comfort, support, and understanding in this group. Through our visits, we will share experiences as well as common feelings and thoughts. Ways to cope and take care of yourself during this difficult time will be practiced in addition to ways to incorporate music in your self-care and the care of your baby. Music and Art Workshops for Birth Professionals
Being creative throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum is an essential part of the journey from expectant parent all the way through labor and birth. This workshop will give birth professionals an overview of the appropriate use of music for all stages of labor, a variety of art exercises to encourage expectant parents to visualize through a creative medium, and a beginners guide to the composition of a lullaby. This workshop is led by Megan Martin, MA, MT-BC.
